Ready, steady... Christmas!! Enjoy!!

Sing along with ROBBIE WILLIAMS:

WHITE CHRISTMAS
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the treetops glisten and children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write
"May your days be merry and bright
And may all your Christmases be white"

(I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
Just like the ones I used to know
Where the treetops glisten and children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow)

(I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
With every Christmas card I write

Merry what...??????

Listen to Sergio Ramos and try to understand his English:

Aaaaand... this is what he was supposed to say:
 “Hi, we hope all of you have a great time playing football at Real Madrid Fundation School. Merry Christmas and happy new year”

Remarkable people

William Kamkwamba, an example to all of us:

William Kamkwamba (born August 5, 1987) is a Malawian inventor and author. He gained fame in his country when, in 2002, he built a windmill to power a few electrical appliances in his family's house in Masitala using blue gum trees, bicycle parts, and materials collected in a local scrapyard

From Wikipedia,

WINDMILL = MOLINO DE VIENTO
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES = APARATOS ELÉCTRICOS
SCRAPYARD = DESGUACE

Evento público · De English is Fun

To speak a new language, you have to SPEAK it. So, English is Fun is launching a
"Conversation Club" right here on Facebook, where you will be able to speak a new language (or more), for FREE, anytime you want. It will be a lot of FUN. All you have to do is to JOIN the event, and you will get the ACCESS when it starts.

Invite your friends to practice new languages together. We'll invite as more native speakers (of different languages) as possible. To make great progress, we need to get as more participants as possible.
